On Sunday, May 21st, I am partnering with Momentum Bikes to lead a yoga class tailored for cyclists.
In yoga, props are tools that help provide support and feedback for practitioners. They can enable students to achieve optimal postures, become more skillful in their movement, and focus their posture in effective ways.
Normally props are limited to yoga mats, blocks and straps, but almost anything can be a prop, including our beloved bicycles! In this Yoga for Cyclists class, we learn to use our bikes to support our stretches and explore ways to stretch in the saddle.
