On February 26th I am partnering with Momentum Bikes to lead a yoga class tailored for cyclists.
The health benefits of cycling are many, but putting many hours in the saddle can result in muscle tightness that stresses the spine, hips, and shoulders. Yoga can help reduce muscle tightness and increase core strength, leading to a more comfortable ride and quicker recovery. This class focuses on posture and flexibility exercises that directly benefit cyclists, especially riders who ride frequently or for long distances. Anyone from an intermittent commuter to an endurance racer will experience the benefits! No yoga experience is required!
